Good luck, William! this is Daryl, your friend from Olympic Center. I just began back at the gym (olympic center) in last two weeks after a break following the car accident on July 5, 2011. Following doctor's orders got me out of the habit of enjoying working out and all. So,along with trying to re-build the love of working out back, I am also fighting apprehension of injuring myself, or slowing the healing process. It gets better, though, truly.
