Triathlete Breakfast

I finally got around to updating my computer with my camera program and can now make short videos again. Here is my typical breakfast for the day. 3 large scrambled eggs mixed with olive oil, organic soymilk, spinach, tomato's, onions, and salt & pepper. Also is a bowl of organic granola cereal w/ cocunut milk, strawberries, blueberries. For beverage a glass of OJ and cup of coffee. Hope you enjoy my video and my East Texan accent that stands out.

    You should start your own cooking show! LOL Next time, though, go through all the steps and show the finish product. Do you wash your vegetables and fruits??? Larkin, doesn't.
